My Story
Hello, Im Caroline
My journey of transformation started with my discovery of Reformer Pilates and Buddhism — and unfolded in ways I never could have imagined.
I found Pilates seventeen years ago out of necessity, not choice. A back injury and early diagnosis of degenerative disc disease left me searching for something — anything — that could help me move without pain. What I found changed everything. Not just how I move, but how I inhabit my body and mind. That same year, Buddhism came into my life, and the mind-body healing began.
In 2022, I formalized what I'd been living for years, training with STOTT at YMCA Fit London in Reformer and Matwork, and later in pre- and postnatal Reformer with APPI.
I believe Pilates isn't exclusive — it's for everyone, regardless of age, size, or where you're starting from. It's not about perfection or performance. It's about meeting yourself exactly where you are.
But there's more to my story….
I spent over twenty-five years in the corporate fashion world — globe-trotting, achieving, climbing, pushing. Although my daily Buddhist practice had been life-changing over the years and an incredible foundation, the constant grind and hustle culture drove my body and mind to the wall. Burnout has a way of stripping away what doesn't serve you, and in those dark spaces — in moments of pause — I discovered something unexpected: the profound medicine of gathering in circle with other women, and the healing power of Yoga Nidra meditation. This circle work drew me back toward my ancestral Celtic roots, and the old rituals and seasonal wisdom of paganism. These practices became my anchor, vastly improving my wellbeing and awakening my intuition and creativity in ways I hadn't imagined possible.
So I made the leap. I decided it was time to step fully into sharing these gifts with others, training in Yoga Nidra with Yoga Treat and Circle Facilitation with Sister Stories.
Now I create spaces where movement, rest, and connection aren't separate — they're woven together with the wisdom and philosophy of my Buddhist and ancestral Celtic roots. Whether you're on the Reformer, sinking into the deep conscious rest of Yoga Nidra, or connecting in circle, my intention remains the same …..to offer you a place to return to yourself.
