“I had the pleasure of experiencing one of Caroline's incredible Yoga Nidra sessions last month and I cannot say enough good things. I had done Yoga Nidra with another practitioner and on my own with a recording, so I knew a bit about the process.
However, before we met, Caroline took great care to thoroughly explain the process and potential benefits, and gave several tips on how to optimise the experience for ones self. As our session was at 8pm, I decided to cozy up in bed for my session and go straight to sleep from there.
